I am sad to say I have never been to New Orleans.
I had plenty of opportunity. I went to college in northeast Florida. One of my best friends got her masters in Baton Rouge. I have crossed the country several times on road trips.
I just never made it there.
But we will go. I promise.

I've never been either, same story. I'm going in a month for work and am very interesting to see what's happened. I have a good friend that lives there. I spoke to him yesterday and he said there are still tons of areas that are in shambles.
I absolutely love Nawlin's.
I went for the first time about 10 years ago for a business trip and ate pretty much anything than swam in the Miss-ippi' river.
Is everything back to normal in New Orleans? Jazz is the kind of music we apes can groove to. Remember King Louis in The Jungle Book?
