The Good News: My friend Sandra flies in from Vegas today.
The Bad News: She is used to Vegas weather and will probably turn into a popsicle in the cool Denver evening air.
The Bad News: She is allergic to cats, and if you remember, we have a gigantic one.
The Good News: She is willing to stay at a hotel to remedy the situation.
The Crazy News: The hotel she booked 3 months ago is in the crosshairs of the World Series.
The Good News: We are seeing Maroon 5 on Monday with Danielle.
The Bad News: They moved the concert from the Pepsi Center to the much-smaller Fillmore Auditorium.
The Crazy News: Oh, wait. That's actually good news because the Pepsi Center is very close to Coors Field and the Fillmore is a great place to see a show.
The Really Crazy News: Both of us are really just looking forward to being lazy and putzing around because things have been so hectic lately.
