Boulder Blogger Meetup
So, Queen of Spain and Technosailor are in town for some work with Lijit. And when I say "in town," I mean Boulder, but we Denverites get to call Boulder "in" or "out" of town as we see fit. Last night it was "in," so Julie ran up to hang out with all the people I have been emailing with, tweeting with, errm, stalking for so long. I did bring my camera, but GASP! No photos. I was too busy drinking my fruity drink spiked with way too much vodka and laughing my ass off. So, let's just pretend this lame ass selection of Twitter avatars is our "group shot" (more "quotes," Jeremy) from the rooftop of the Lazy Dog.

Aimee, it was wonderful meeting you last night. I didn't have my camera with me, so I, too, have no pictures to show of the "tweetup". However, one of the highlights was hearing others give my boyfriend shit for not using Twitter. Gotta love the peer pressure coming from a gang of techie geeks...
Next time, I'll make the long drive out of the bubble to meet up with you ladies in Denver. Thanks for joining us!

Awww, makes me miss Denver!! I lived there for 13 years ... been back in my hometown now for about 2 1/2.
BFF lives in Boulder -- was reading Queen of Spain's tweets last night about Pearl Street and so wishing I was there with you guys!

I didn't get nearly enough time to talk to local folks last night - but Tara & I agreed that we really need to do a Denver/Boulder Twitter "girls night out" soon - so we'll make it happen! :)

I love reading about these meet-ups... and the drinking. And learning that geeky tara has a boyfriend who doesn't Twitter.
Hey, it was awesome meeting you guys too, and I clearly missed a ton of people in the "group photo" whose Twitter names I did not get last night, and because Julie and I scoured the Rio looking for everyone for a while first. THOSE people over there were fun too, though.
Oh and Neil, it was fun to harass Tara's boyfriend, until I remembered my hubby is just like that.
