July Greeblemix Contest
OK, I know it's nothing like a Wii and Wii Fit, but let's remember I *DO* do this every month, shall we?
Before we get to the Greeblemix questions though, I wanted to show off the birdfeeder that I talked about last week. The birdfeeder that Declan and I both slaved over at the pottery studio. The birdfeeder that is now hanging in the back yard. The birdfeeder with holes in the bottom for the ropes that are slightly too big so that some of the bird feed slides through when the wind blows it around. The birdfeeder that could then be aptly called a birdfeed spreader.
But who cares, right? We made it together.
This brings us to the theme of this month's Greeblemix contest.
Name other things Declan or I have made at pottery class!
Remember the rules!
1. One guess per person per comment!
2. No multiple guess in each comment, which leaves nothing for other people to guess on in later comments.
3. First three correct answers win!
4. If you won last month, take a month off.

Noble Savage, another good guess! but believe it or not I have never made a mug because I am not good enough on the wheel and I don't like how they look when they are handbuilt.

Love the birdfeeder! Didn't you make a box thingee? Or something with a lid?
Declan made the cool Obama placque/box? And with your cool birdseed spreader, think of all the fun plants you will have coming up next year. We have corn and sunflowers growing under the birdfeeder because the birds go through saying "hate this, hate that" as they casually the seeds out of the feeder:)

Get this, he actually went about and made it into a bowl and then put a crumbly looking lid on top, so now it looks like a chicken pot pie. When it's done, he wants me to send it to Obama "as a surprise." How does one send such things to the presidential nominee AS A SURPRISE????

I don't remember the Obama masterpiece at all ... do you have a pic of it? I think Barack would LOVE to get a parcel in the mail from Dex. In fact, I think we could start a movement ... Creative Kids for Obama! Obamarific Kids? Kids can send him gifts as little boosts of encouragement ... or we could do another auction and send the $ to Obama's favorite charity.
