That's a nice hunk of camera rental! AND! They offer free 3-day shipping each way to wherever you are. So it's like Netflix for camera equipment.
AND! Remember how we couldn't allow Canadians in the contest last month because of shipping? Well, Jared didn't want our friends to the north excluded, so YOU'RE IN! The only caveat for you is he needs to include shipping costs in the $250 prize if we have a Canuck winner, OK? So, HOORAY!
AND! One more little extra fun thing! The four runners up will receive a 2009 Greeblemonkey Nature Photo Calendar from me! Photos will be coming from this set on Flickr. Yeah, so mine is from Halloween...which I'm GRATEFUL for because I adore Halloween and frankly I adore that picture I entered.
Mine is from a mess my son made back in September. I am grateful to be able to stay home with him. I am grateful at his sense of color use in this mess! And I am mostly grateful that I did not blow my top when I saw it. It reminded me that time goes fast and to not let the little things get to me!
Mine too is from Halloween, but who isn't thankful for Halloween?
okay, so this might bend the rules a bit, but I added a pic from my blog that my nine year old took. It's beautiful and was done entirely by herself. She messed with my camera settings. She directed water flow from the hose and she futzed with it with photoshop. I think it is amazing and wish I could as an adult say I took it. It's entitles "Dreams" and the themes was "Wow" and I was certainly wowed bu her. Although I might be a bit biased, eh?

Laura, I totally agree! I will just be driving home and enjoying the window open and a song - and it hits me the most. Or, of course, playing with my son or laughing with my husband. This is why I so love Thanksgiving!!! Oh, and the FOOD! ;)

This picture was me lying in the dirt below all the kids on the ground in Uganda, Africa. They all crowded around and wouldn't stop laughing and wiggling. It was so fun to be under that.
