I was talking to a friend recently who adores Adele. Much like I adore Adele.
But my friend hasn't had the chance to see Adele - and given Adele's voice problems, who knows if any of us will get to see her again.
Her tour for 19 was troubled too. She canceled on Denver, twice I think, before she finally played the Bluebird Theater, an 800 person room, in January 2009.
The visual quality isn't great - who knows what I was recording on - but amazingly, the audio quality is quite good - so you can definitely HEAR how terrific she is.

Way cool.
My 8yo recently told me she liked the Adele songs I put on her iPod. However, she called her "Ay-dell", like in Edelweiss. I was very confused.

Remember my saga trying to get tickets to her show? I waited in wind, snow, rain and came up empty. SO SAD. And then that show was canceled. Someday I will see her!

This is the first time I have heard of Adele's voice problems. It is a bummer that she canceled her US shows, but hopefully her vocal chords can recover. It would be a shame if she was unable to continue doing what she does best.

I am far too lazy to go to concerts - But I seriously would put on a bra, shave my legs and slap on some lipstick to go see this amazing woman in concert if she ever made it here! How great - Thank you for posting these videos. Needed to see them today!!!
