I read a comment somewhere that people are now considering Jon Stewart the "most trusted newsman in America" - much like they used to say about Walter Cronkite.

Jon Stewart undoubtedly is the "most trusted newsman in America, Aimee!
While the Daily Show is referred to as Political Humor, Jon Stewart is no less a newsman than most others that present the news.
They are ALL biased in 1 fashion or another. But at least Stewart & his team make us laugh through the madness! Especially when the main goal for many other news sources is to simply make us scared or mad, which makes the gap between parties that much greater.
Jon Stewart is THE man!
He's the only news guy I trust really.
Jon & Colbert are my American news sources - so much else is overwrought and under-thought.
I love how he shines a big, bright, glaring light of truth on politics and love more when he TRIES to find logic in FoxNews!
